I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember, and I’ve always enjoyed sharing my creations with others. Sharing food is ritual. It’s healing. It’s an expression of love. It’s a way to take care of each other. I believe it’s what we’re supposed to do.

Most of the things I’m passionate about involve food: baking, fermenting, sprouting, gardening, preserving, foraging, and cooking. I want to be a good steward of the earth and therefore I’m also passionate about caring for the environment and all the creatures in it. When possible, I use compostable or biodegradable packaging, and if you bring your own bags to the market, you’ll get a big smile from me!
