Classes can be tailored to your group's individual needs; all materials are provided. I’ve been teaching classes since 2016, and look forward to another year of sharing my passion for all things BREAD!
Currently I’m booking ALL CLASSES as on-site in YOUR space. I bring all the materials, including flour and ingredients. You only need to provide a workspace, which can be a kitchen countertop, a kitchen island, or a table. I can provide a portable oven if your space doesn’t have one.

Brioche & Cinnamon Rolls - 2 Hours
Brioche is an enriched dough made with butter, sugar, and milk - and it’s mostly known as a bread that’s great for French Toast. Once you master how to make the perfect dough, you can utilize it to not only make loaves, but also hamburger buns, cinnamon rolls, and sweet or savory kolaches. In this class you’ll learn how to make the dough. You’ll also get a chance to shape the dough a couple of different ways, and learn how to proof and bake the brioche. Students will take home a variety of freshly-baked items, including cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, and buns.
NOTE: Price listed is per student. Add to your cart the total number of students in your class. Once you enter the quantity, you will see a popup asking for you to enter a date for your class.
