Literally, honestly, hand-on-my-heart - the BEST thing I've ever eaten. I was on a quest to remake the beloved snack cake of my youth, but without all the nasty stuff and seed oils. Folks, it's here. Chewy oatmeal cookies with a vanilla cream filling. Best stored in the fridge or freezer, and enjoyed at room temperature. These are large enough to share between two people, but I've had one (or two) all to myself if I'm being honest.
